About Position

We are looking for an IT Sales & Business Development Manager to drive growth through lead generation, partnerships, and sales within the software development & AI services space. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you will work with international partners and clients, shape deals, contribute to building a scalable software services platform as well as learn to be AI driven. Technical background is a plus, but not required - what matters most is your ability to understand client needs and turn them into business opportunities. Key responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming IT/software requests: analyze client needs, coordinate offers from suppliers, consult clients, lead negotiations, and close deals.
  • Drive sales of Aciety AI tools and contribute to the development of a software services platform.
  • Build and grow partnerships: lead generation, key account management, long-term relationship development.
  • Help shape new AI products.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and client needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or exports.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • High level of ownership and goal orientation.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Fluent English.
  • Basic digital literacy (MS Office, email tools, CRM mindset).
  • Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies is an advantage.
  • Experience in HR and HR sales can be an advantage.

Salary
