Market changes dictate the importance of the selection of dedicated programmers and in companies the selection of these programmers takes place inefficiently due to structural problems in the selection process, complex solutions are needed for a significant increase in market efficiency and a solution to the structural problem. Human resources conservation is one of the most sensitive issues in programming service companies. The loss of every programmer can potentially cost the company the stoppage of work on a significant project, or the loss of an entire client.
